Technology Overview
High-temperature combustion with NDIR detection.
Water samples are introduced into a high-temperature combustion furnace where carbon compounds are oxidized to carbon dioxide. The resulting CO₂ is then measured using a sensitive NDIR detector.
By separately measuring total carbon and inorganic carbon, the system can determine total organic carbon concentration. This analytical approach supports reliable results across drinking water, industrial wastewater, cooling water, boiler water, process water, and environmental samples.
